5) Photo of the Food Business Operator: Recent passport-sized photographs of the food business operator or authorized signatory.
6) Food Safety Management System Plan: For certain food businesses, a documented Food Safety Management System (FSMS) plan may be required, outlining the procedures and processes implemented to ensure food safety.
7) List of Food Products: A comprehensive list of food products manufactured, processed, distributed, or imported by the food business.
8) Manufacturing and Processing Unit Layout: For manufacturing and processing units, a detailed layout plan indicating the dimensions and flow of the unit, location of equipment, storage areas, and sanitation facilities.
9) List of Equipment and Machinery: A list of all equipment and machinery used in the food business, including their technical specifications and capacity.
10) Source of Ingredients: Information about the source of raw materials and ingredients used in food production, including invoices and purchase orders.
11) Water Testing Report: A water testing report from a recognized laboratory to verify the quality and safety of water used in food processing.
Process Flow for FSSAI Registration:
a) Determine the type of FSSAI registration or license required based on the scale and nature of your food business. It can be either Basic FSSAI Registration, State License, or Central License.
b) Obtain the necessary application forms (Form A or Form B) from the official FSSAI website or the nearest FSSAI office.
c) Fill in the application form accurately and provide all the required details, including personal information, food category, type of business, etc.

h) Display the FSSAI logo and registration number on the food products and packaging materials as per the regulations.
