This Refund Policy applies to all services and products offered by Taxer Corporate Services Private Limited.
1. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@taxer.co.in. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and further instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. International Returns
For customers outside India, shipping and return durations may vary based on location and courier availability.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable substances. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and then make a new purchase once the return is approved.
5. European Union (3-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@taxer.co.in.
Refunds will not apply to services that are completed or rejected by government authorities due to client-side documentation or legal insufficiency.
Government fees and out-of-pocket expenses already paid are non-refundable.
If a service is cancelled before initiation, a 100% refund will be processed. After initiation, refunds will be subject to proportional deductions based on progress and company policy.
