1. Purpose of Consultation

The consultation service offered by Taxer provides professional advice, clarification, and guidance related to taxation, accounting, business registration, and compliance matters. The consultation is advisory in nature and does not constitute a formal opinion or engagement unless separately finalized.

2. Booking and Fee Payment
  • Booking is confirmed only after successful payment via www.taxer.co.in.
  • The consultation fee amount and duration are displayed during booking.
  • Once payment is made, your consultation slot is confirmed.
3. Adjustment of Consultation Fees
  • The consultation fee will be adjusted against service fees if the client finalizes a service with Taxer within 15 days.
  • Adjustment is valid only once and based on the approved service estimate.
  • If no service is booked within 15 days, the consultation fee remains non-adjustable.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
  • The consultation fee is non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If the client misses the session, the fee will not be refunded or carried forward.
  • If Taxer cancels due to unavoidable reasons, the session may be rescheduled at no cost.
5. Consultation Scope
  • Advice is based on information shared by the client.
  • Taxer is not liable for outcomes based on incomplete or incorrect details.
  • Consultation excludes documentation or filing services, which are separate engagements.
6. Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients can reschedule once with at least 4 hours' prior notice.
  • Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.
7. Confidentiality

All shared information and documents are treated as strictly confidential, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taxer shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from actions based on consultation advice. The consultation is intended for preliminary guidance only.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying for a consultation, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the fee adjustment clause valid for 15 days.
